Chicago, IL (September 26, 2014) – Gary Pachucki at IBT and Inland Real Estate have purchased property at 42nd and Pulaski for a new retail development.

Gary Greenfield, Principal of Metro Commercial Real Estate represented the development team in the leasing of the shopping center to include Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, PetSmart and Shoe Carnival.
