Another new retail/office building proposed for Water Street

Plans for a four-story retail/office building to be built on the final piece of land in the Water Street District will be presented Wednesday at the Naperville Planning and Zoning Commission.
The land at the northwest corner of Main Street and Water Street is currently vacant. River Main, a Naperville company, owns the parcel and has been in development talks with the city for many years, River Main Managing Partner Steve Rubin said.
