Plans for the final building in downtown Naperville’s Water Street District could be approved Tuesday.
Naperville City Council members will consider a proposal for a four-story, 23,858-square-foot mixed-use building on a quarter acre of land at the northwest corner of Main and Water streets.
Development plans were submitted by River Main, a Naperville company that owns the parcel just east of Hotel Indigo.
