Larry Kling brings Culver’s To Skokie, Illinois

Skokie, IL (July 21, 2016) – Larry Kling, of Metro Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer for the purchase of the outlot adjacent to the Jewel building in the Old Orchard market. Culver’s will occupy the roughly one-acre property. The new building will take up just under 5,000 square feet and provide 57 parking spaces.

The public has shown great interest in the popular fast-food venue. The Skokie Village Board has already unanimously approved Skokie’s first Culver’s with a drive-thru. This Culver’s location represents the 99th storefront in Illinois.
