Larry Kling brings Orangetheory Fitness to Kildeer Village Shopping Center

Kildeer, IL (September 6, 2017) – Larry Kling (Vice President) of Metro Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Orangetheory Fitness in the leasing of 3,200 square feet at Kildeer Village Shopping Center in Kildeer, Illinois.

Orangetheory Fitness joins Nordstrom Rack, Nike, Art Van Furniture and DSW at the new Kildeer Village Shopping Center to open their 43rd Upscale Fitness Studio.

The Kildeer / Deer Park trade area continues to expand and attract regional shoppers for retail, entertainment, and several options for dining experience.  Additional new stores in the market include, Sierra Trading Post, Forever 21 and CycleBar.
