Mariano’s Fresh Market snapped up yet another former Dominick’s to open a store in Naperville…

…“I think in a market like Naperville they’re being selective because it’s such a strong market, to make sure they’re positioned properly, to make sure they can compete with locals, regionals, nationals that are in the market,” said Larry Kling, a vice president at Highland Park-based Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc. who leases space in Naperville but wasn’t involved in this deal.
