Steven Baer brings Skechers to Vernon Hills
Vernon Hills, IL (November 2, 2016) – Steven Baer, of Metro Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Skechers in the leasing of 4,706 square feet at Rivertree Court in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Skechers joins current tenants Ross – Dress for Less, T.J. Maxx, Best Buy, Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports, Michaels, among many others in the 308,610-square foot center.
The store, located at 701 North Milwaukee Avenue, opened on November 1st and will be celebrating their grand opening November 4th – 6th. The opening of this location marks the 16th store for Skechers in the Chicagoland market.
