‘Team Kling’ Brings New Orangetheory Fitness Location to the West Suburbs
Geneva, IL (March 9, 2016) – Larry Kling and Danielle Kling of Metro Commercial Real Estate, continued the expansion of Orangetheory Fitness in the Chicago market with the latest opening at Pepper Valley Plaza in Geneva, IL.
The new 3,101 square foot studio, located at 2401 Kaneville Road, opened with strong membership sales in addition to creating an ‘orange zone’ buzz in the far West suburbs.
Orangetheory Fitness has opened 22 studios in Illinois with additional locations in the pipeline. Their Chicago market has been experiencing large growth; in the last three years Orangetheory Fitness has more than 40 studios in development in the Chicagoland area. The fitness franchise is on track to open 600 studios across the U.S., Canada and U.K. by 2017.
