Vasili’s restaurant pays homage to the warmth and charm of Papou Vasili (Papou is Greek for grandfather & Vasili for Bill). Vasili is the father-in-law of restaurant’s creator, Scott Harris and Dad to his beautiful wife, Dana. Loved by many and revered by all, Papou’s life & legacy is the inspiration for Vasili’s hearth-fired Mediterranean fare.
